Buffalo, NY- Cenergy Sports & Entertainment and the George P. Johnson Company have formed a strategic alliance to offer sports teams and entertainment venues experiential exhibits and displays. These firms will combine real world sports marketing experience with best-of-class branding expertise in designing and fabricating fan enhancements and interactive exhibits.

"In today's competitive environment, teams and venues are seeking innovative methods to activate their key partner's investments. Experiential exhibits add to the overall enjoyment of the event and allow the partners to creatively brand themselves into the experience," states John Cimperman, President of Cenergy Sports & Entertainment. Prior to forming Cenergy, Cimperman led the sales and marketing efforts for the new arenas in Los Angeles (Staples Center), Philadelphia (First Union Center), and Cleveland (Gund Arena).

The George P. Johnson Company, based in Los Angeles and Detroit, is a premier event marketing company that designs and fabricates exhibits and experiential events for clients that include Honda, Nissan, Toyota, IBM, and General Motors. George P. Johnson has also designed sponsor driven exhibits at major sports venues including the LPGA, the World Cup, and the Salt Lake Olympic Games. The George P. Johnson team is led by Susan E. Fisher, who has directed sports marketing projects for the Arizona Diamondbacks, the NFL Experience, the Buffalo Sabres and the Los Angeles Dodgers, to name a few.

Cenergy and George P. Johnson will assist teams in developing the ideal interactive exhibit by matching the right sponsor with the right idea. As Cimperman states "the exhibit must complement the company's brand and add to the fan's experience. You can't just slap a company's logo on an exhibit and expect results." Cimperman goes on to say that an exhibit he led in Buffalo's HSBC Arena was a center of attention at all arena events and drove over $300,000 in broadband sales for the sponsor.

Cenergy and George P. Johnson plan to raise the bar for sports teams and venues. Fans will have more reason to come early and stay late, while interacting with key sponsors brands.
